Our Capabilities
INSULATED UNITS
Clearrex produces double and triple-pane sealed units engineered for maximum energy efficiency and long-term durability. Our insulated glass units are certified under the IGMAC® program and feature high-performance Low-E options compliant with ENERGY STAR® Canada requirements. Available in total thicknesses from 1/2" to 2-1/4".
TEMPERED GLASS
We use a dedicated tempering furnace to strengthen complex glass types delivering safety-rated tempered glass in thicknesses from 3mm to 19mm. All of our tempered glass is manufactured to meet rigorous safety standards, including CAN/CGSB 12.1, ASTM C1048, and ANSI Z97.1, ensuring both structural performance and optical clarity.
LAMINATED GLASS
Our laminated glass can be optioned with high-performance PVB, EVA, and SentryGlas® interlayers to create ultra-durable safety glass that stays intact under impact. Each laminated panel is custom-built to meet the exact requirements of your project and manufactured in compliance with CAN/CGSB 12.1 and ASTM C1172.
SANDBLASTED GLASS
Sandblasted glass brings refined character to any space, from simple clear border designs to custom etched lettering and intricate artistic creations. Its smooth, frosted finish softly filters light while adding privacy, depth, and a distinctive touch of craftsmanship.
SPECIALTY GLASS
Our Specialty Glass offerings combine beauty and function, featuring decorative inserts, wrought iron designs, and a variety of muntin bar styles. Perfect for adding custom character, these glass solutions enhance both aesthetics and architectural appeal.
