Step 1

Laser-Guided Precision CNC Cutting

Our fully automated cutting tables use laser-guided technology to digitally map every piece of glass for sub-millimeter precision. Then, following with an industrial diamond-tipped tool it creates the perfect break lines. This advanced automation ensures every unit is cut with flawless accuracy and superior edge strength.

Step 2

Automated Washing System

After the glass is cut to size, each pane enters the Automated Washing System. By using a multi-stage deionized water wash, we remove all contaminants from microscopic glass dust to skin oils that could compromise the bond between the glass and the sealant.

Step 3

Robotic Gas Injection Chamber

Our third step uses an advanced gas-filling press to robotically inject Argon or Krypton gas into the sealed chamber between the glass panes. This high-tech "invisible barrier" drastically reduces thermal transfer, providing your home with the ultimate energy-efficient insulation.

Automated Sealing Robot
