Our Manufacturing Process
Laser-Guided Precision CNC Cutting
Our fully automated cutting tables use laser-guided technology to digitally map every piece of glass for sub-millimeter precision. Then, following with an industrial diamond-tipped tool it creates the perfect break lines. This advanced automation ensures every unit is cut with flawless accuracy and superior edge strength.
Automated Washing System
After the glass is cut to size, each pane enters the Automated Washing System. By using a multi-stage deionized water wash, we remove all contaminants from microscopic glass dust to skin oils that could compromise the bond between the glass and the sealant.
Robotic Gas Injection Chamber
Our third step uses an advanced gas-filling press to robotically inject Argon or Krypton gas into the sealed chamber between the glass panes. This high-tech "invisible barrier" drastically reduces thermal transfer, providing your home with the ultimate energy-efficient insulation.
Automated Sealing Robot
The final defense of every unit is our automated sealing robot, which applies a continuous sealed barrier with surgical precision. This high-tech seal locks the insulating gas in and keeps moisture out. Our robotic technology provides the ultimate reliability and maximum life expectancy for every window we craft.
